Hutchinson, Moore & Archer was established in 2025 by three seasoned professionals who recognized an opportunity to bring institutional-quality investing to the middle market. Each founder brought distinct expertise that, combined, created a powerful platform for identifying and executing on compelling investment opportunities.

Jim Hutchinson contributed decades of experience in sales leadership, team building, and operational management across multiple industries. Justin Moore brought deep expertise in corporate finance, accounting, and complex transactions honed at PwC and Fortune 500 companies. Allen Archer added extensive knowledge of financial operations, regulatory compliance, and multi-industry consulting.

Together, they formed a partnership with the expertise to evaluate opportunities from every angle—financial, operational, and strategic—and the hands-on experience to create real value in portfolio companies.
